Lead and manage global firmwide sponsorships in the golf and arts and culture sectors, including partnerships with the like of the PGA TOUR and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Details

  • Own strategic planning, contractual discussions, and execution of partnership activations, as well as thorough measurement and analysis of their success.

  • As part of our sponsorship governance process, assess potential sponsorship opportunities and provide recommendations based on budget considerations, incremental audience reach, and brand impact.

  • Coordinate all appearance requests for Brand Ambassador and golf professional, Justin Rose, and manage fulfillment of all contractual obligations each year.

  • Use business knowledge to identify opportunities for various business units to leverage sponsorships with clients and prospects, showcasing the Morgan Stanley “Integrated Firm” offering.

  • Create and maintain sponsorship scorecard designed to establish consistent metrics for all sponsorship types, allowing for comparison of programs and tracking YOY performance.

  • Serve as Marketing and Branding Co-Chair for firm-wide Women in Wealth employee group, the third largest internal organization at Morgan Stanley.

  • THE PLAYERS Championship: Led all efforts at this “fifth major” golf tournament where Morgan Stanley is recognized as one of three Proud Partners.   • Women Dressing Women, an exhibition with the Costume Institute at The Metropolitan Museum of Art: Main contact for the museum, providing marketing and branding consultation throughout exhibition, planning both a client and Morgan Stanley employee “virtual tour” with the curator, and coordinating a joint, exclusive exhibition launch event for Costume Institute and Morgan Stanley guests.

2018 - 2023

Vice President, Wealth Management Marketing

Morgan Stanley

Led marketing for two key client segments within the Wealth Management business, managing strategy through execution for all new retail account holders and hybrid clients with both an advisor and self-directed relationship.

Details

  • Manage the team responsible for omni-channel direct-to-client early tenure campaigns to educate customers, improve retention and drive funding and engagement of retail accounts; includes content on the web (public and post-login sites), in the mobile app, and via outbound emails, as well as coordination of sales and service campaigns.

  • Developed the marketing strategy for an exclusive pricing and servicing program for high value clients, resulting in the enrollment of over 6,000 households in the first year.

  • Oversaw customer communications regarding two major mergers and acquisitions—E*TRADE acquiring Capital One Investing and Morgan Stanley’s merger with E*TRADE—including official cross-channel close announcements and customer resource site.

  • Led lifecycle engagement strategy for Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE joint relationship customers, creating unique contact strategy and curating content to drive cross-Firm business growth and retention.

  • Spearheaded the creation and successful launch of a trademarked financial literacy program for the next generation; included customized educational content, podcast episodes, videos, and tools on a variety of financial topics.

Details

  • Managed the marketing strategy and execution for the Steps to Better Banking new consumer deposits program spanning the first year after account opening; campaign sent to approximately 300,000 new checking customers each month.

  • Served as SME for new customer audience segment on broader initiatives, including the launch of Zelle and EMV chip cards.

  • Part of core team that worked on enterprise-wide Brand Campaign, providing input on product information, customer targeting, media mix, and overall strategy.

  • Personally led social listening on Brandwatch tool for Wells Fargo’s deposits and digital products, and created repository of 200+ deposit-related social media responses for servicing use as needed.

  • Recognized as a Wells Fargo Top Performer for 2017; prestigious award given to the top 1.5% of CAO team members.

  • Maintained, grew viewership and developed engaging content for female-focused Beyond Today Blog with 275,000 visitors per year; specific oversight for entering HTML code, coordinating blogger content and facilitating customer conversations.
