Personalized Onboarding Video
The Personalized Onboarding Video is sent to new retail brokerage and retirement account holders within one week of opening. Leveraging an API and hosted on a post-login landing page, the video provides custom content for each client based on the type of account, initial funding status and amount, client’s investment experience and number of trades placed.
My Role:
Owned vendor relationship for video hosting; includes management of ongoing risk assessments and budget allocation
Managed end-to-end strategy, content creation, design and distribution of personalized video
Partnered with analytics and technology partners to build, test and ultimately, launch net-new APIs used to populate information in the video
Maintained monthly usage reports and worked with analytics partners on quarterly leadership review showing business metric impacts (e.g., funding rates and amounts, trades placed)
